An official Flag had been created for

the Seventh President of Sri Lanka ut has been announced yesterday (18).

The flag has been. created with a white lotus flower symbolising purity according to reports .

A Seven Year Old Girl Had been killed Due To A Motorcycle -Wild Elephant Collision

A seven year old girl had been killed

and her father was hospitalized with minor injuries after the Motorcycle they were riding in colliding with a Wild Elephant who was  crossing  the road at the junction turning  to Maduru oya reservoir on Mahaoya -Aralaganwila road yesterday(18).

The critically injured girl had succumbed to her injuries after admission to Mahaoya Hospital .

The incident occurred when the father ,mother and their two children were riding   the Motorcycle it has been revealed .The deceased girl was a resident of Uhana,gonagolla ,Horagolla area .

A Person Was Killed And Three Others Injured Due To Car Accident

A 48 year old person had been killed

and three others had been critically  injured and hospitalized after a Motor Car they were travelling in had toppled over to a 300 feet  deep precipice at Badulla -Walpola road yesterday(17).

The incident occurred when the victims were  on the way home after celebrating election victory of their candidate it has been revealed .

The deceased was a resident of Ilukthanna area ,Walpola attached to a SLTB Deport in Badulla as a driver.
