National Hospital Docs To Decide Their Future Trade Union Action Tomorrow Over Irregular Appointments Of SLMC

The Colombo National Hospital Doctors are due to meet tomorrow (26)noon to decide on  their future strike action against the broken promise given by Health Minister last Thursday stating that he will cancel  the two additional  appointments  which he made to Sri lanka Medical Council. with   immediate effect.

The National Hospital Doctors  met last Friday at Doctors Quarters have been decided to temporarily suspended the Token Strike launched that day till 12 noon today(25th) while paying attention to Minister's response.However as there is no response from Minister up to date National Hospital Docs will decide their future strike action tomorrow a Senior Medical Officer attached to National Hospital has said.
